• The book you received is damaged.
• You contact us within 10 days of receiving the book to report the damage.

How to Request a Refund:

• Contact Us: Email our customer service team at SThomsen@hashtagmomlife.net with your order number and a description of the damage.
• Attach photos of damage: This will helps us understand the issue and process your request more efficiently.
• Return the Book: If requested, send the damaged book back to us. We will provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.

Your request will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Additional information: 

• Refunds will not be granted for reasons other than damage.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the damage is deemed to be a result of misuse or mishandling by the customer.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
